TEMPER TANTRUM!!!!

So again we have a fun tubby time memory moment!!! I was giving Karston a bath tonight and before you know it Doug came in to see why Karston was screaming his little head off. Well it turns out yes I never thought I would admit it but my son might just be a little spoiled. So as I said I was giving Karston his tubby and he wanted the plastic cup that I use to pour water on his head, because he dosn't like to put his head down. So I gave it to him so that he could play with it. Well then he decided that he wanted to take a drink and I said no and took the cup away from him. Well then it started.... HE SCREAMED and he screamed then he would stop and look at me and then he saw that I wasn't giving in so he screamed and screamed some more. Then daddy came in to see what was going on. I couldn't stop laughing and neither could he. Well daddy saved him and brought him out wrapped up in his towel. Karston was so mad that he turned his head so that it was inside his towel. He had this look on his face like don't look at me, don't talk to me, you are so mean, blah blah. Then he rolled over and started to fall asleep on his towel starck naked! It was so funny we HAD to get it documented!!! Life is so tough as a baby!!!

MY BABY IS 9 MONTHS!!! Karston's 9 month checkup!!!

So I know I have been HORRIBLE at posting his little growth spurts. Well today I took him in for his 9 month checkup and see why my boy is still coughing and having a runny nose for over a month... Well my boy has a "possible sinus infection" they say POSSIBLE because their little sinuses are just forming and it is hard to tell but where this has been going on for longer than 2 weeks they are going to treat it as a sinus infection. I can't believe that he is already 9 months old. As I was sitting in the doctor's office I kept thinking man it seems like yesterday I was coming in EVERY other day to have his Bili checked. Oh well he has been so much fun!!!

9 MONTH STATS: Height 28" 20%, Head 45cm 50%, and Weight 16 pounds sadly he is in the 5%. I guess I need to find a fattier type of formula. He stopped gaining when I stopped nursing.

Things Karston LOVES:
10. Cords :P
09. Swimming
08. Tongue clicking
07. Scooting away from mom as fast as he can when he is BUTT naked! (HE DOES GO FAST TOO)
06. Standing up and playing on his music toy
05. Cupboards opening and closing cupboards.
04. Pulling stuff out of the cupboards
03. BALLS! He loves rolling balls back and forth!
02. Peek-a-boo and SMILING!!! and I LOVE IT WHEN HE DOES HIS CHEESY GRIN!(Refer to toilet pictures for example)
01. Tied for FOOD and TELEPHONES!!!

Things Karston HATES:
10. Being told NO
09. Getting dressed
08. Nose getting wiped
07. Mom doing homework
06. Getting food taken away
05. Food when it is all gone
04. Any meat flavored foods (Don't blame him)
03. SHOTS!!! Mom hates them to.
02. Stethoscopes. He has hated these things ever since he was born.
01. Tied for not letting him play with your face/ears mostly and he hates it when he gets in a corner and can't figure out how to go backwards.

We sure love every minute with him!!! We love him so very very much!!!

13 posts later!!!

Well I finally caught up on all the pictures I promised! So after 13 posts I finally got all the pics on!!! Yah me so enjoy! I was going through some pics and I found these two of my baby! I don't even remember him being this teeny! I can't believe how fast he has grown!

I'm a big boy now!!!

So Doug and I were talking and we decided we might as well start potty training now! U know getting it over and done with sooner than later! Actually, I was changing his bum and he decided he wasn't done with #2 just yet!!! I love those cute little teeth! Your growing so big way to fast!!!

Talia, nighty night, first popcicle!

Doug and I took Talia out. We went to see Old Dogs sooo funny, and then we went and rode go-carts at TSR. Poor little Talia left her mark! She hit the wall literally and left a HUGE dent in the wall! We laughed for a long time about that oh well! Karston and grampie decided to take a nap I personally think Karston is more comfortable. We also gave Karston his first popcicle! He loved it until he held onto the cold part when his hands froze then we had a screaming/no popcicle loving baby!

Christmas Eve Suprise!

This year we decided to start a new tradition! We are starting a tradition every year where we are going to do a special christams tree for Andrea! On Christmas Eve Karston and I went and picked up Grammie and Grampie and took them around to look at the lights while I was doing this my brave and oh so talented hubby was at the Cemetery hooking up a little christmas tree to some batteries! So we drove around and then ended at the Cemetery where you could see a christmas tree all lit up for Andrea! It was a great memory. She went through so much in this life and has a special place in our hearts! Merry Christmas Andrea!

NEW YEAR PHOTOS!

We spent this New Year's at my sister-in-laws house. Jodi got rock band for christmas we all had a lot of fun messing up all the songs and cheering when we were actually on! All in all it was a fun night!

2009 Baby's First Christmas!

We had a great Christmas! Purcell granbabies! Karston got a phone that he loves from Grammie and Grampie, I got Horse lessons from Doug, and Doug got his missionary journal! It was wonderful!!!

Christmas Lights in SLC!

We had soooooooooo much fun on our family vacation to Salt Lake City! Doug and I were able to go and see the Mormon Tabernacle Choir christmas concert which is as always AMAZING! Then the next night we went and wondered around and looked at the lights on Temple Square, then we went on a very fun Carriage ride around Salt Lake. It was so much fun and so very beautiful. We had a great time!

SLEDDING AND SNOWBABY!

We took Karston sledding for the first time. He wasn't quite so sure what to think of it all but by the end he was laughing. Doug as you can tell from the picture flew off the jump and bruised his bum pretty good! That was his last time down poor little guy! All in all we had a great family night!

Karston is so funny he loves his Tubby time! We have had such great memories in the tub, Karston pooping in the drain, Karston getting a bum hickey from putting his bum on the drain and rocking back and forth letting a little out at a time so funny along with others!!! We especially love the hair due we get after tubby time! We love you baby boy!
