Conference and Stuff!

 We LOVE Conference time at our house. Not only do we love the fact we can wear our jammies and stay home we love listening to our dear Prophet! The kids were so excited whenever President Monson was on they ran to the couch and sat down to listen. This time we tried a little thing to help keep them entertained so we could enjoy it too and it worked out GREAT!

 I went to Deseret Book and found the Quorum of the 12 pictures and the First Presidency and put them up. I was bummed that I couldn't find Bednar's and Christofferson's pictures but oh well still worked the same! So anyway when one of them spoke I had Karston go and find their picture and then wrote something on a package to go along with that speaker so he could learn a little about them at the same time! The package was just a small activity from Seagull Book for him to do while they spoke. I also had some others that were for the Quorum of the 70 or Relief Society or Primary.  Anyways it was fun and Karston and Jayden had a fun time with it! Definitely will be doing this again in 6 months!

 My bowls of Presents and Treats! I couldn't believe Karston pretty much watched all sessions with me. Saturday in between sessions we got ready. I put him the tub went to get his clothes came back to this sleeping beauty in the tub! How adorable is he! I guess conference really wore him out!

 It was a great couple of days. I am uplifted and ready to do better to be better! Now every year we try to plant a garden. Our goal is always to be successful and every year this is about what we get out of 3 gardens... Yes you heard me 3 Gardens. We did have a few peas this year but not many. We plant stuff in our flower beds, and then we have 2 garden spots. This was our crop this year! I know I know You are all super jealous because of my AMAZING green thumb if you would like any tips you can ask em but I am pretty sure I would NOT be of any help to any of you. I don't have a green thumb and one of these years maybe I will realize that but until then we will just keep trying! Hope you all have a happy fall! I for one LOVE this time of year!!!
