Karston 2 month Check up!

Well Karston had his 2 month check up it was so sad he got his first set of shots. I have never heard him cry so hard before. I had to blow in his face to make him breathe again. Poor little man. Well here are his stats:

Tribute to Grandpa Purcell

July 10 was Grandpa Purcell's birthday. My grandpa is such a great guy. He works real hard and lucky for me I get to see him often in the yard. If someone is here he always shows me off. Although Grandpa Purcell seems tough on the outside he has a tender spot in his heart for his family. I'm so glad that he is my grandpa and I know he loves me very much! I love you too Grandpa Purcell!

Dear dad,

During the course of your life you have developed a reputation comparable of that to Joseph Smith's in that your name will be had for both good and evil (moreso for good) among all nations or at least Idaho Falls. Almost everywhere you go someone has had an experience with you that has left a memorable impression on their life. I am glad that I have that strong foundation that comes along with being your son to continue to build mine and my family's lives upon. Thanks for being such a hard worker, and a loving father and instilling attributes in mine own life that will help me to be successful and have a good family as well. You have lived a good life and I hope it lasts much longer so that my kids can get to know you and love you as I have throughout all of my life!

Dear Terry,

I just wanted to take a minute and tell you how much I respect and appreciate all that you do and all that you are. I am so honored to be your daughter in law. Aunt Jewelley

We went down to Salt Lake where Karston has a new best friend. Karston stole my Great Aunt Jewelley's heart. He has a tendancy to do this with the ladies. We had a very fun time with her. We went to Fashion place mall, park city, and lots of fun places to eat. She actually is more of a grandma then an Aunt to us. She was my Grandma Hathaway's sister. My grandma passed away when my mom was 15 so Aunt Jewelley has such a special place in my heart. Isn't she so cute. She has the darndest sense of humor to. I get a cramp in my side from laughing so hard everytime I go down. I love you so much Aunt Jewelle thanks for all that you have done for me and for all the great memories we have with you! I'm so glad Karston got to meet you! I love you!

Happy 4th of July

Well we made it through Karston's first 4th of July. We had so much fun. We started the glorious day at the parade with Grammie and Grampie where I think mom had the most fun. For some reason Karston didn't think it was that exciting so he slept the whole entire time but don't worry mom got him a TON of candy, a balloon, a policeman sticker, and an Idaho Falls Tiger mug, and a bunch of random handouts. We cheered for Kiler who was doing a great job shaking the pom poms and waving he took it VERY seriously it was so funny. We also saw the beautiful and very talented little Talia dancing ballroom. She looked absolutly adorable in her little black and white skirt dancing the swing. We were so proud of her especially Uncle Doug who loves to dance Ballroom. After the fireworks we went over to Grammie and Grampie's where we enjoyed a lovely nap in Karston's new camp trailer which we can't wait to go camping in! Following our nice time there we went out to Uncle Joe and Aunt Kellee's house where we had a scrumptious picnic followed by a very fun water fight started by me! It was priceless I was so awesome everyone wanted to throw me in the freezing poole but luckily I am so strong that no one was able to pick me up....hahahahaha if you believe that you don't know me very well but I did put up such a fight that I never did make it to the pooles just to the hose. Following the water fight we played water balloon volleyball and smashball. It was so much fun. Then we went to Wal-mart and gathered food up for the great Fireworks. Then we came home made the snacks and then we ventured down to find the perfect spot to watch the show. Following the show we came home and went to sleep we were all REALLY tired. The night before a couple people in our ward put on a great show over at Taylorview Jr. High. It was just as good as the river we ordered pizza and sat out in our sing and watched it was so much fun. We love it when Doug is home to spend time with us. We miss him so much in the summer time!

Girl's Trip and Karston!

My best friend Kelli and I took our babies and went on a little road trip to Hoogle Zoo. We had a good time we just went to the zoo, ordered pizza, and hung out and did what girls love to best talk. The babies were so much fun to watch. We just had a great time!

Happy Birthday Grampie! Love Karston

For Grampie's birthday he wanted to take all of us on the overnight ward campout. So we went. It was a beautiful area up at Big Elk. We are so thankful that Heavenly Father sent such a great guy down to us. We only wish that Andrea could be here to celebrate this special day with us. I do know that she was with us in spirit and that she is always watching out for us. So grampie thank you for all you do for us all. Thanks for playing Peek a boo with me even though we have a little work to still do on it. Thanks for babysitting me and always making sure I am safe and happy. Virginia City!

Mommy and I got really tired of being cooped up in the house so Grammie and Grampie called and asked if we would like to go on a little day trip to check out Virginia City so we decided to go and we had so much fun! First we ate at a little western restaurant and then we wondered around and looked at all sorts of Antiques. It was a pretty interesting little town. Thanks Grammie and Grampie for a great time and wonderful memories! We love you!
