Well these pics are backwards, but just as a heads up Turkey Day was an ABSOLUTELY wonderful day! Very successful as you can tell by the picture I took of my Father-in-law! Karston sneaking in some candy.. Little stink didn't eat hardly a bite of our yummy dinner just wanted veggies and candy. I guess he got a little something healthy right?!
This is little Aunt Helen, and Grampy! Kris was so kind and invited them to join us in our festivities. It was so fun having them there!
Aunt Helen was the most popular with the kiddos! They all loved her, as do we!

I am Thankful!

As we all know this week is Thanksgiving. I love this time of year. there is just a different feeling in the air. Maybe it is the fact that we get to spend time with our loved ones and create special memories, maybe it is just the fact that I LOVE Fall, or maybe it is just because for some reason this time of year you just naturally start thinking of how truly blessed we are. I have so very many things to be grateful for. This past year my family has been the recipient of SOOOO many great blessings that I would be a fool not to express my thanks and gratitude for them. So without further ado the things I am GRATEFUL for!
I am grateful for Jayden. This year we were blessed with his sweet spirit. He is truly a blessing and makes our home, and our family more complete. He is so happy and lately he has found his cute little voice. He tells me stories all the time, he has mastered rolling, and is slowly trying to sit up. He loves music especially the Lullaby I make up. His little eyes sparkle, and he is a great one to cry to or complain to, because he can't talk back so I am always right!!! Anyways I am glad that he is here and healthy. He had a rough go in the beginning but is a little pork chop now and I couldn't Love him anymore until the next day! Love you little Jayder Bug!
I am also VERY grateful for Karston. He is such a GREAT big brother. He is always looking out for Jayden. He is very quick to grab his Binky if he is a little sad or if he is REALLY sad Karston reminds me that he needs his bottel. He loves to help me give Jayden his baths, and change his diapers. He makes sure EVERY morning that he kisses his brother first and tells him good morning before he tells me. He helped Jayden learn how to roll over by rolling him over lots and then also laying on the ground and demonstrating it for him. He always reminds me how important it is to say prayers. He LOVES to talk to his Heavenly Father. I don't know how many times a day he comes a gets me and makes me stop and say prayers with him. Even though he has his 2 year old naughty moments. I truly love him and am so glad that he is my son!
I am grateful for Doug's new employment. He LOVES what he is doing and is so very good at it. I am grateful that because of his ability to work that I am able to stay at home. I know that I say that ALL the time, but it is so important to me. It is the only thing I have only wanted to be a stay-at-home mom for forever and now I am so happy I get to. He is a wonderful husband and goes the extra mile for his family. He respects me, and supports me in my activities and goals. I love him and am grateful I will be sealed to him for time and all Eternity.
I am very grateful for GOOD HEALTH! So many friends of mine have had a rough go this year with their health. I am so happy that I am able to do the things that I can with my kids, and enjoy the things they like to do with them. I am grateful I have the opportunity to have children. There are no words that can describe the wonderful moments when you feel a baby kick or see your tummy roll like waves when you lay down! Creating life is a beautiful thing and I am happy to have that opportunity to do so! I am grateful for the ability to chase them, carry them, play toys and games with them, and my favorite the ability to snuggle up with them and take long naps!!! I wouldn't know how to cope with things if I couldn't do what I do with them due to health problems. So I am ever so grateful for GOOD HEALTH!
I am grateful for Family! Blood related or not I have a WONDERFUL family. I consider all those I know family. Hurt when they hurt and am happy for them when great things happen in their lives. I truly believe that people come into your life for a reason and that we are lead to those who help us most to grow, and I know my life has been changed for the better because of them.
I could go on and on, but I won't. I will say the last thing that I most grateful for would be my sincere love and appreciation to my Heavenly Father. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We are in no means perfect but no one is. We have our own beliefs just like other religions have theirs. I make my choices in hopes of being a good example to others. I try my best to love those I come in contact with and to serve those who are struggling. I have a Heavenly Father who I know truly loves me and that all things that happen in this life are for my own good and that because of them I am able to grow. I know that President Monson is a true prophet chosen to lead us in these latter days. I am proud to be a member of this church and I am blessed beyond words because of it.
So as I said before I could go on and on because I truly am blessed, but just know that I don't take anything for granted. I love you all and hope that everyone has a very HAPPY and memorable Thanksgiving this year!

Halloween!

We were animals this year! Karston and Jayden were dogs as you can very well and I was a cat. Doug was the Animal Patrol. I personally think these are the cutest puppies I have EVER seen!

We went and saw Grandma Great. She loved the puppies to!

Jodi made some Brain Jell-O! Yummy!!!

Jonah did not really like the fact that his mom was holding Jayden. He kept looking at like he was terrified of Jayden. It was so funny! Oh Jonah we love you!

Cousins and Poor Jayden!

Jayder bug LOVES his jumper. He likes to swing back and forth and stuff. He is so cute! He also all of a sudden one night came down with croup. I have a baby sized rice bag so he lathered him up with the Croup vapor rub and laid the rice bag on top of him and he slept so soundly. Poor baby. Good news he was well by Halloween!
Jodi and Blaine had an appointment so the kids got to come over and play for a little while. Here is my Porter aka my "baby" he got mad at me when I called him Porter because I always call him baby!
Cute little Ryan. How I love that little face. Looks so innocent!
Oh Hannah Girl! Your so fun and have such a great imagination. I was a dragon and she was the princess. I let her in and out of the cage A LOT!
Then there is Karston. What do I say about him other then I love him!!!!
All 4 crazy fun kiddos!
The 3 Musketeers!
I send them out and have them run the length of the pasture to keep them busy!!! The funny thing is is that they LOVED it!!!

There they go! Baby Blake was also there, but for some reason his pic won't load. He is a little dolly too and I am glad Jayden will have someone to play with as they get older. I love them so much and love it when they come and play with me!!! They brighten my life so much. I am so glad we all live close so they can be great friends as they grow!

A post about Jayden!

My little man is growing so fast! I can't believe he is already 5 months old. Where did the time go? He LOVES to watch his Mickey Mouse.

Sometimes he feels distraught... HEHEHEHE love it!

Hanging out with dad for daddy time!

Trying to figure out how to get out of this seat!

He is such a good baby. Always wakes up so very happy. He had a little trouble getting his weight up, but we have been working on it, and I am happy to report my little bug is getting squishier by the day!!! I love him and I am so grateful to my Heavenly Father for sending me this sweet baby boy! My life would be so very empty without him here! I love you my Jayder bug!!!!

Past due post! Karston's 1st friend Sleep over!!!

So Nina who is 3 days older then Karston came over and had a sleep over with Karston. These two as always crack me up. They are so cute together. They played ghosts, Karston dressed up like a dish washing pirate.
They husked corn for dinner. Don't they just make you smile with their cuteness!
Then we had Spaghetti and made BIG messes... What was I thinking?
So then they had to take a tubby... Again what was I thinking water was EVERYWHERE!!!
Then we had snacks, and picked out a movie where they both fell asleep watching it.
Nina in her snuggly bed!
Karston in his!
I would say they had a great time! Then they got to play all day the next day. We love our little Nina and hope these 2 stay good friends for a LONG time!!!

WE ARE HOME!!!!

What are you sure we are FINALLY home? I don't believe you!!! We found a little bit of hair so we tried to curl it. It didn't work!

My cute babies playing with their missed toys!

To be perfectly honest I was a little hesitant to take 2 small kiddos on such a long road trip, but it turned out to be wonderful. They were so good in the car. Out of the 16 days we were gone we only had 1 bad day not bad if you ask me! We had a great time and made some WONDERFUL memories! Thank you so much Grammie and Grampie for letting us tag along on this trip. We truly appreciate you, and all you did and do for us! We love you oodles!!!!!

Journey Home!!!

So these are ALL pretty much out of order but oh well! On the way home we saw some Buffalo at Yellowston Park. At the Hotel in Buffalo my Karston became Jewish. This is actually the bowl that the coffee was in. He emptied it out and wandered around with it on his head.
We saw some Grizzly's a little too close for my comfort! There was a bunch of them these were the ones that were really close to us. There was another baby farther to the left not pictured here.
My poor battered child. He slipped at the pool and clocked his face. Then the next night he slipped and fell at McDonald's and smacked his chin, and before that he fell off my lap and twisted his leg somehow in a blanket. He looked horrible. Poor baby, but he is still so dang cute don't ya think?
Jayder bug playing away with my sunglasses. Oh I love that face!!!
Pictures of coming home. Who knew Wyoming could be soooooo BEAUTIFUL!

Back at the hotel in Buffalo. I took Jayden for his 1st swim! He loved it!!!
Me and my water babies!!!
